A Resource for Nonprofits. A Partner for Philanthropy.
ESC provides a full range of management consulting services and training opportunities for nonprofits and schools. Our staff consultants and service corps members are experts in board development, human resources, organizational development, nonprofit finances, program management, and public relations. Our mission is to help community organizations better achieve their missions. We work with organizations of all sizes and across all sectors.
What makes a great consultant experience?
Join us for the next Learn
to Serve workshop, ESC's professional development series for consultants and
nonprofit leaders, on February 25, 4:30-6:30pm at Antioch University. A panel of

The Seattle Foundation approves $70,000 grant to expand the capacity
of ESC.
The Seattle Foundation, a long-time supporter of Executive Service Corps' work
with nonprofits, has increased its support for 2010 in order to support the
addition of new staff and organizational changes at ESC. The Seattle Foundation
Vice President of Community Leadership, Michael Brown, said of the grant, "We
have been impressed with the work ESC has been doing to make high quality
capacity building services accessible and affordable to nonprofits. We are
investing in an exciting plan ESC has developed to expand these services into a
full service management support organization. For too long, King County has been
without this important resource."
