Lori Williams

Lori came to ESC as a 2008 Thomas C. Wales Foundation Fellow, where she helped develop Prepare/Respond/Serve, ESC's emergency planning program. Lori was excited to join ESC's staff in 2009. In her role as Program Assistant she is helping ESC create new programs and services, which is one of her favorite things to do. Prior to joining ESC Lori spent 7.5 years in Public Health graduate school researching environmental causes of human illness.
Lori has also had a busy volunteer life. She has coordinated volunteers for a national walking and bicycling conference, started Sustainable Kirkland with her neighbors and is currently looking for a nonprofit board position. When not working or volunteering you will probably find Lori bicycling, dancing or feverishly searching for obscure blues, jazz and soul music.
