About Us

Chartered in 1989, the Executive Service Corps of Washington is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that exists to build the capacity of nonprofit organizations and strengthen communities in Washington State. Each year ESC consultants, coaches, trainers, and facilitators provide more than $450,000 of services to over 60 nonprofits and school districts.

The broad range of skills of our volunteers and the ability to recruit people with needed skills allows ESC to provide most of the outside services needed by nonprofits. ESC does not provide legal services (contact Washington Attorneys Assisting Community Organizations,) technology consultation (contact NPower,) or financial audits (contact us for a list of some of the firms that do audits for nonprofits.)

Information and referral to other resources

We are able to provide these services due to the generosity of over 100 volunteer consultants of all ages and varied backgrounds with proven, reality-based, problem-solving skills who are dedicated to helping non-profits address their most critical management issues.
