the coach or consultants to learn more about your organizational
culture and the issues you are hoping to address.
The
Consulting or Coaching Contract: The Executive Director sets the
project fee, using our slide scale fee schedule. The fee is based on
your organization's budget size and the number of hours ESC expects
to spend. This information, along with the statement of work and timeline, is
placed in a contract agreement to be reviewed and finalized
with the client.
Once the
contract has been signed by both organizations, the consulting team
moves into the action of assisting the clients needs. Most projects
move through a process that includes data gathering from the client,
analysis by the consultants, preliminary conclusions presented to
the client, and writing and presentation of a final report to the
client.
If there is
more than one consultant, a lead
consultant assumes responsibility for timely completion of the
project and communication and coordination with the ESC Executive

A project evaluation is
sent to the client after completion of the project. This results are shared with the consulting team
with permission from the client.
