This short-term service makes someone with relevant experience and expertise available to discuss an organizational issue, be a sounding board for a key decision, or review a plan, policy, budget or other document.

Executive Advisory Services can be set up on a one-time or periodic basis. This service differs from leadership coaching as it focuses on providing advice on specific organizational issues, not on understanding and building leadership competencies.
