We are located at 510 2^nd Ave West in lower Queen Anne between Republican and Mercer. 

Accessibility: From 2^nd Ave West we are located upstairs. From our parking lot in the back we are on the main floor. There are 4 steps up from the parking lot. We are not currently wheelchair accessible. We can provide assistance for persons in wheelchairs to enter from the parking lot.

Parking Options

Street parking: There is some street parking around the ESC office. Republican Street has free street parking with no time limit; parking on 2^nd Avenue West is free with a 2-hour limit. Parking gets increasingly difficult in the later afternoon, particularly if anything is happening at Key Arena, the Seattle Center, or On the Boards.

Pay parking lot: The closest parking lot is: north of the office on 2^nd Ave. West, across the street.

Bus: Several bus lines run close to the office. Coming from Downtown, the 1, 2, 13, 15, 18 (and the 8 from Capitol Hill) all stop at 1^st Ave N and Republican. Walk 3 blocks to the West to get to the ESC office. Coming from Ballard and upper Queen Anne, buses stop at Queen Anne Ave N between Mercer and Republican – walk 2 blocks West to get to the ESC office.

Driving Directions

From 1-5 Southbound, take the Mercer Street exit 167 toward AQUARIUM/SEATTLE CENTER. Turn right onto Fairview Avenue N. Turn left onto Valley Street. Valley Street becomes Broad Street. Turn slightly right onto Denny Way. Turn right onto 1st Avenue West (not 1^st Ave North). Turn left onto Republican Street (Safeway on the NE corner). Turn right into the first alley to reach our parking lot, or proceed to 2^nd Avenue West for street parking. We are in the first building north of Republican. From the front, look for “Ballard Bratsberg, Inc.” We are upstairs.

From I-5 Northbound, take the Seneca Street exit 165 on the left.  Turn right on 4^th Avenue. Turn slightly left onto Denny Way. Turn right onto 1^st Ave. West (not 1^st Avenue North).  Turn left onto Republican Street  (Safeway on the corner). Turn right into the first alley to reach our parking lot, or proceed to 2^nd Avenue West for street parking. We are in the first building north of Republican. From the front, look for “Ballard Bratsberg, Inc.” We are upstairs. 

From 1-99 Southbound, turn off 99 on Roy. Roy is the first street past the turn indicated for Seattle Center (Valley Street).  Continue (in the middle or left lanes) on Roy past 5^th Ave. to Queen Anne North. Turn left on Queen Anne North. Go past Mercer Street and turn right on Republican (at the Uptown Theater). Go past 1^st Ave. West and, turn right into the first alley to reach our parking lot, or proceed to 2^nd Avenue West for street parking. We are in the first building north of Republican. From the front, look for “Ballard Bratsberg, Inc.” We are upstairs.
